"Bigfoot Town" may yet turn Berwick into a Big Film Town!
The Annapolis Valley could be in for a significant economic boost if all goes according to plan for a local writing team.
Filming commenced this weekend past on the pilot episode of "Bigfoot Town”, a made for TV comedy written by local writer and producer Graig Brenton and will continue again this Sunday.
Kentville based Wild Lupin Media was brought in to film the pilot which will then be used as a sales tool to present to national and international broadcasters, some of which are already showing interest.
The goal is to have the series picked up by one of the broadcasters who would then fund the produce of the first season.
This would bring an significant influx of funds into the area, and create numerous job opportunities in a variety of fields.
Unlike other productions that have occurred in the area such as “Call Me Fitz” this show is written, produced, directed, acted and filmed entirely by local valley talent.
Stay tuned for more information on the production of “Bigfoot Town” as they become available.
