Throughout the year, PVSC Assessors visit properties to:

-Review building permit progress
-Complete property inspections
-Collect up-to-date property data
-No, you don’t need to be home for these visits.
-If you’re not onsite, the Assessor will leave contact information and next steps if a follow-up is needed.

For your safety and peace of mind, Assessors have:

-PVSC-marked vehicles
-PVSC-issued identification
-High-visibility safety vests with “Assessor” on the back
-Property inspections are a routine part of maintaining fair and
