Training with some of the best coaches in the world, from Brazilian Jujitsu & Russian Sambo to strength and conditioning, she brings a unique perspective to fitness in the Annapolis Valley.

Personal Training is what helped me to change and improve my life and I now enjoy helping others as a Certified Personal Training Specialist! I specialize in Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Resist-a-ball Levels 1 and 2, and Sport Specific training utilizing Plyometrics to help improve performance. Additional course knowledge equips me to train the Active Ager (senior clientele).
I believe an important part of living a healthy lifestyle is maintaining a strong and functional body. Kelsey is a well-known and respected fixture in both the local fitness and sport communities. She is always ready to help you reach your specific health and wellness goals. As the owner and coach of The Best Life where we believe a balanced life should be created around the individual, not creating the individual around a lifestyle. Kelsey is a certified Personal Trainer, Certified HeartMath (Biofeedback) Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher (240 hours), and fitness & Nutrition Coach.
Wellness has truly become a lifestyle and passion for Kelsey. After many years of medical investigation, she is finally diagnosed with Chronic Inflammation Responds Syndrome which led her down the professional path as a Health & Wellness Coach. Kelsey has a passion for helping others, so while healing from Mold Toxicity, The Best Life was born.
A highly successful athlete (Javelin), Kelsey competed at both the Provincial and National level with medallions from Legion Nationals (3rd), Canadian Track and Field Championships (2nd), and NS Provincial was on the Canadian Jr. Pan Am Team (Flag bearer, 6th) and the Nova Scotia Canada Games team (Co-captain, 6th).
