🚨 Important Notice – Property Tax Bills 🚨

The Town of Berwick has identified a printing error on recently issued property tax bills.
An extra line was mistakenly included on the bill labeled “Total Tax Arrears,” which has caused the Balance Due amount at the bottom of the bill to appear incorrect.
👉 We are actively working to correct this issue and will be reissuing updated tax bills as soon as possible.
✅ What You Need to Know Right Now:
- The correct amount owing is the Interim Tax amount
- You will find this amount directly under the “Description” section of your bill
- ❌ Please DISREGARD the “Balance Due” amount in black at the bottom – this is incorrect
