New Online Tool: Report Maintenance Issues Directly to the Town

The Town of Berwick has launched a new online Work Order Request Form, making it simpler for residents to report maintenance concerns directly to our Public Works team.
Whether it's a pothole, a fallen tree linb, a water leak, or another maintenance issue, residents can now submit a request in just a few minutes — including the option to upload photos so crews know exactly what to expect before they arrive.
How it works:

- Upload photos if available
- Submit — your request goes straight to our operations team for review
This new system helps our crews log, track, and respond to requests more efficiently, keeping Berwick safe, functional, and beautiful for everyone who calls it home.
