Curious about where your tax dollars go? Want to learn how the municipal budget impacts your community? We invite you to attend an upcoming Public Information Session on the 2025-26 Municipal Budget!

Location: Berwick & District Lions Community Centre, 250 Veterans Drive
This is your chance to:
- Get the facts: Understand how the budget is allocated to essential services like public safety, roads, parks, and more.
- Ask questions: Have your voice heard! Town Council and Staff will be on hand to answer all your budget-related questions.

PUBLIC HEARING
Due to the impending weather this evening, we are offering residents the option to join the public hearing virtually. To request a link, please email BEFORE 4:30 p.m. The Town Hall will be open for those who wish to attend in person.
The Town of Berwick will be a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers at Berwick Town Hall, 236 Commercial Street on the following development agreement application:

If you cannot attend but would like to make a written submission, please email or drop it off at Town Hall before 4:00 pm on the day of the Public Hearing.

Nominations Now Open for the Berwick Sports Hall of Fame
The Berwick Sports Hall of Fame is entering its 27th year of honoring the incredible achievements of our local athletes. This special and cherished tradition celebrates the accomplishments that have shaped our community’s sports history.
If you know someone with significant achievements in sport and recreation who deserves recognition, consider nominating them. Forms are available, and committee members are happy to help guide you through the process.
Nominations for 2025 will close February 14th but nominations are accepted year-round for future events.
Forms are also available in-person at Town Hall or from members of the Sports Hall of Fame Committee

Committees of Council Positions
Do you know what's happening in your Town? Would you like to have input into what's being done? Volunteer! Get involved! The Town of Berwick regularly has openings for citizen appointees to committees and commissions.
You must be a resident of the Town and have a broadly based interest in the subject of the committee. Commitments vary from one meeting a month to every two months. Orientation is provided.
